Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions:
Consumer: any natural person acting outside a professional or commercial activity.
Seller: Claire & Laurent Toronto, operated by Royce E-Commerce, registered in the Netherlands.
Distance Contract: an agreement concluded online without physical presence.
Withdrawal Period: the period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
Durable Medium: any tool that allows information to be stored and accessed later.
Article 2 – Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through the Claire & Laurent Toronto website.
By placing an order, the consumer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
If any provision is declared invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully applicable.
Article 3 – The Offer
Product descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. Images are illustrative and colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
Prices shown may exclude possible import VAT or customs duties where applicable.
Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind the seller.
Article 4 – Formation of the Contract
A contract is concluded once the consumer completes the checkout process and receives an order confirmation by email.
Claire & Laurent Toronto reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or stock issues.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving a reason.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Article 6 – Returns & Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item or proof of shipment.
Items purchased on sale, discount, or promotion may be excluded from refunds, where clearly stated at the time of purchase. In such cases, sale items are considered final sale.
Article 7 – Pricing
Prices remain valid unless legal changes or obvious errors occur.
International deliveries may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the carrier.
Article 8 – Delivery
Orders are processed with care and shipped to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Risk of loss transfers to the consumer once the package is delivered.
Article 9 – Warranty & Liability
Claire & Laurent Toronto guarantees that products conform to the agreement and applicable legal standards.
Normal wear, misuse or external damage are not covered by warranty.
Article 10 – Payment
Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.
Claire & Laurent Toronto reserves the right to suspend or cancel orders in case of failed payments.

Article 12 – Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law, as Claire & Laurent Toronto is operated by Royce E-Commerce, a business registered in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
